Confirmation

• A booking confirmation will be sent to your email within 24 hours.

Free Cancellation

We offer free cancellation for bookings canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time. You will receive a full refund within 5-10 business days.

Late Cancellation

• Modifications requested within 24 hours of the tour may incur additional fees.

Weather & Force Majeure

Limitation of Liability

TAW Tours acts as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers. While we carefully select our partners, we are not liable for losses, damages, or injuries resulting from services provided by third parties.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for your booking. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.
